The Holocaust History Museum is the central element of the Yad Vashem 2001 master plan. It is unique in its conception and its intent. The 175-meter-long building is linear-shaped and positioned underground, with only its top protruding above the mountain ridge, affording a spectacular view of the valley below. The Holocaust History Museum was established through the generosity of the Harry z”l and Judith z”l Wilf Family and the Joseph and Elizabeth Wilf Family.
